I love the gift giving, valued time with family and friends, decorating, pulling out those ugly Christmas sweaters....I mean, what's not to love? Well, maybe the traffic and the hassle that comes with the gift giving season I could do without. That and coming up with the perfect gift. If you have a BMXer or a runner in your life, finding them a gift can sometimes be tough. Usually when someone has been involved in something for a few (or more) years, they seem to have everything they want already. 

If you are looking for a few ideas that won't break the bank, you've come to the right place! Below are just a few suggestions for your favorite BMXers or runners (or me- I'll take this stuff too haha. By the way, nothing is sponsored, I just think this stuff is pretty awesome. 😀

Shimano BMX specific clipless pedals

Earlier this year, Shimano came out with the FIRST EVER BMX SPECIFIC clip pedals! How cool is that?! They have no or little float and are suppose to resist coming unclipped during the upward stroke of hard pedaling. Chances are your BMXer won't have these, and I don't know about you but I'm super excited to try them out! 

Brooks Levitate Ugly Christmas Sweater shoes

Ugly Christmas sweater shoes?? Uh yes, please. Sign me up! If I didn't already have a pair of Brooks shoes I'm using I would totally order some of these. They're B-E-A-UTIFUL 

Zensah Socks

Zensah are already known for having good running socks, and truth be told I also like to wear them with my clip shoes when I'm at the BMX track, so they get used regularly. This year they have some really cool patterns, and they also have things like neck gaiters and arm sleeves to keep your gift recipient warm during runs or rides. (You don't have to stick to the holiday print, I just thought they were fun.)

Roll Recovery R8

The Roll Recovery R8, or really any similar foam roller or hand held roller makes a great gift for anyone who has to recover from sore, tight muscles after a workout. Also, it's something that will last for years and throughout many uses.

Hydration pack & NUUN tablets
