I tried out LOTS of new weight equipment today. It was a proud day.

Sunday, July 1st - 3 mile run downtown, core & stretching

Tuesday, July 3rd - rest day

Wednesday, July 4th - 4 miles and stretching

Thursday, July 5th - gym in the AM for arms and core, 6 mile run at the park in the PM and stretching
